Q) What kind of shipping options do I have and how much does it cost to ship it to U.S mainland?
A) We ship via reliable courier and express delivery companies. Shipping to the U.S depends on the specific delivery companies we use. Please note: due to our remote location actual delivery time may vary depending on shipment destination. U.S and International orders will be subject to a surcharge according to the size, weight and price of an item to cover additional shipping and insurance expenses. Total shipping cost will be based on final destination.
Q) I'm not familiar with the metric system? How much is 1 inch as compared to 1 cm?
A) For the convenience of our international customers our items have dimensions both in inches (or feet) and cm (or meters).
1 inch = 2.54 centimeters | 1 foot = 30.48 centimeters.
Q) Do you offer a certificate of authenticity?
A) With every purchase of antique jewelry, antique artifacts or any piece from our collectors gallery we can provide you with a certificate stating the authenticity, craftsmenship and high quality of the sold piece.
Q) Where do your jewelry come from?
A) All designer and reproduction jewelry is designed and manufactured in India.
Q) Do you charge any sales tax?
A) Rosecut Diamond Bangles charges Sales tax on its items as applicable at that time.
Q) How will I know if my order is confirmed?
A) If you provided a valid e-mail address during the registration / checkout process, you will receive an e-mail shortly after you completed your online order. In addition registering as a customer allows you to check on the status of your order at any time.
Q) How will I know my order is shipped?
A) You may check if your order has been shipped by directly contacting us from the contact information available on the Contact Us page. Once your order is shipped a confirmation email along with the tracking number will be sent to you.
Q) How can I pay for my order and what credit cards do you accept?
A) You may pay for your order by credit / debit card or Paypal or online bank transfer to our accounts or using offline methods such as bank checks (subject to realisation).
Q) Can I cancel my order?
A) Yes, you can cancel your order anytime before your order is shipped, which is typically within 24-48 hours after your payment is verified. Simply send us an email indicating the Order ID number, the Billing Name, Billing Address and the reason for canceling your order. Please do not send any credit card information using email. Once the order has been shipped, you may return the items after you receive them. Please refer to more information on Returns & Exchanges. Cancellation charges will be charged as per applicable at that time.
